Are your products really handmade?

Yes. Every piece on Treasure of India is made entirely by hand by the artist named on the product page. Because of this, no two pieces are ever identical, and small variations are the signature of authentic handwork, not defects.

Who are the artists?

We work directly with master artisans across India. Each product shows its maker's name; click the artist's name to see their profile and complete body of work.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces ship within 2-4 business days and typically arrive within 5-10 business days in India. Made-to-order artworks can take 2-4 weeks to craft; the product page mentions this where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10-21 business days depending on the destination. Any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I care for handcrafted art?

Keep paintings away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust metal and wood pieces with a soft dry cloth; avoid chemical cleaners.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, please see our Returns & Refunds policy for details. Note that made-to-order and customised artworks are not returnable unless damaged in transit.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
