We want you to love the piece you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will offer a replacement (where the artist can recreate the work) or a full refund, including shipping.

Returns

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is arranged by us for damaged items and by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order artworks, customised or personalised pieces, and jewellery (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refund timeline

Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
