Terms of Service

By using treasureofindia.in and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All items are handmade by independent artisans. Minor variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may occur.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Intellectual property

All artwork designs remain the intellectual property of their respective artists. Product photography and site content belong to Treasure of India and may not be reproduced without permission.

Order acceptance

We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
