Shipping

We ship across India and worldwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery in India is free on orders of ₹2,999 and above (₹199 below that); international shipping is a flat ₹4,000 per order. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, in India and overseas. As the final leg is handled by our courier partners, we can't commit to an exact delivery date. Returns

Since every piece is a one-of-a-kind handmade creation, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is a piece that arrives defective or damaged: record a video as you open the package, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with that unboxing video and clear photos. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Once verified, we'll offer you a replacement or store credit. For complete details, please refer to our full return and refund policy.

Each artwork is handmade by a master artisan and comes along with a signed hard copy of the certificate of authenticity to guarantee its origin and enhance its collectible value.
